for a retail lifestyle center of 418,000 square feet.
Archstone North Point – Cambridge, Massachusetts

Responsible for design assistance and construction document production
for a 22-story high-rise building that contains 426 one, two and three bedroom luxury rental units,
three levels of underground parking for 433 vehicles, street-level retail,
and athletic facilities with a construction cost of 193 million dollars.

Produced schematic design documents for a 175,000 s.f. office building.

Led construction administration for a fast track 130,000 s.f. office building.
Cooper Carry Architects– Alexandria, Virginia – September 1997 to May 2000 – Project Architect

Participated in developing design and creating construction documents for a 25 million

Responsible for the design and construction documents for the complete renovation of the
atrium and exterior fenestration of a five story, 138,000 s.f. office building in historic

Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center Academic Facility - Chicago, Illinois
Participated in the design and space planning of a 93,600 s.f. 11.8 million dollar fast tracked
two story vertical expansion of a teaching facility.
Constructed a computer model and renderings and was responsible for all documents on CAD
from schematics through final construction documents.
